We are actively seeking off-market land opportunities that meet the following criteria:

Location: Metro Atlanta (Fairburn, Douglasville, Henry County, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, South Fulton, Cartersville, McDonough, Gwinnett, Hall County, Fulton, Barrow, and surrounding areas). Also expanding into Alabama & Florida, with plans for NC, TN, & SC.

Utilities: Must have access to public sewer (on-site or accessible with a long run).

Size: Minimum 10+ acres or 60 lots (flexible depending on market and location).

Land Condition: Open to raw, entitled, or permitted land. We prefer to handle lot development but will consider already developed sites.
